Fast And Furious Films Ranked

With the fate of the fast and furious coming out on april 13th in the uk, which fast and furious film was the best and where will furious 8 fit in?

7. Fast And Furious: Tokyo Drift

This could have finished the franchise without paul walker or vin diesel, but the furious managed to live on for another day.

6. Fast And Furious (2009)

Whilst it was brilliant to see paul walker and vin diesel reunited in the fourth installment of the franchise the STORY LINE didn’t really excite me but the cliffhanger at the end made me put it above TOKYO drift.

5. 2 Fast 2 Furious

With the introduction of the character of ronan pierce (Tyrese gibson) teaming up with paul walker to take down some villain in miami it was quite funny and most importantly the car chases weren’t half bad either.

4. Fast And Furious 6

They range from the physically impossible (Dom catching Letty in mid-air and landing on a car), to the plain silly (the longest runway in the world). the only upside for me is it was mainly set in london.

3. Fast Five

Quoth Tyrese, “This just went from Mission: Impossible to Mission In-freaking-SANITY!”. Exactly, Tyrese! also with the introduction of dwayne “the rock” johnson into the franchise helps the franchise get onto the next level.

2. Furious 7

with the death of paul walker whilst filming “furious 7”, this was the most touching film of them all. the car chases were above par and the storyline was pretty good, and they introduced jason statham into the franchise. honestly i think they should have ended the franchise then on a high and for paul walker, but walker did want diesel to do another film, so… o by the way, this is the sixth highest grossing film of all time collected over $1.5BN worldwide.

1. The Fast And Furious

they always say stick with the original and personally this is true in this franchise. this was a true, gritty film with diesel and walker proving to be one of the best films and started something quite brilliant.
